Per the orders of Archmage Amori, a regiment of the Order of the Second Dawn could be spotted advancing towards Baleford Bridge. Already a foundation for defensive infrastructure has been placed, a heavy Osronan presence now in the area. It goes without saying that the bridge shall serve as both a safeguard from the north, as well as a forward base. 

With a formal claim made, it remains unclear if any shall contest.
