A short, yet pointed statement has been released by the Stellus of the Celestial Church, Geztelle ven Pelleaux, and forwarded to those surrounding Osrona, as well as within the Academy itself.

I have not been very vocal in regards to the traitorous actions and subsequent transgressions of miss Celicia, yet this has been a long time coming all the same. A former Priestess of the Faith, a promising youth with a bright future before them, now colluding with those who would seek nothing but our damnation and destruction.

Through the powers vested in me as the Stellus of the one true church, and the speaker of the stars above, I hereby excommunicate Celicia, branding her both a heretic and traitor to the stars, as well as Osrona in general. 

A status reserved for only the most wicked in the eyes of the Church, the one who successfully apprehends her will be considered a hero of the Faith itself.

Furthermore, the people of Osrona are urged against attending any and all of the sermons conducted by Celicia.
