It is not Rings. Everytime someone compares it to rings they are doing a disservice to the entire community. I fight rings. I know rings. Rings is not scattering lights. And scattering lights is free high damage homing that you tack onto anything.

And neither of us have evidence. You are saying things with no evidence, and Im saying things with no evidence. If admins sat down and displayed the spells publically for everyone and showed the balance of them then there would be evidence. I dont have a light user in front of myself and I dont have the liberty to just go to the dojo to prove my point.
