There was a little bit in #discussion about this, but my initial, spitball ideas for how this could be expanded are:
Various cult activities (Fireblooded/Moxtli/Nyx/Belialite-and-similar systems, each with some unique mechanics related to their particular form of faith)
Special racial incentives (Nethradin receiving and offering mechanical boons, fairies being empowered by the power of friendship, Teraphim dying if they get cucked)
Personal relationship development (Getting a bonus when fighting for or with your previously-declared beloved, making magical contracts that are admin-enforced and spiritually-binding, oaths of devotion and blood brotherhoods
sucking out someone's magic and stealing their hidden then fucking their wife).
I'd also like to hear perspectives from vampire players on what their experience has been like interacting with that system, and any suggestions for how it might be improved and what things the vampires have liked and disliked about the system so that that feedback could possibly assist in the development of similar systems.
EDIT: yes the fireblooded have faith spells. they're very good and exactly the kind of thing i mean, let's get more of that and make certain benefits mechanically accessible like ghouling rather than requiring an app for each individual worshipper
