Describe the issue: There's no space to build a house, at least in Aphros
I know you (Chance) said it's because it must be a tile too far from the settlement range, but here's another problem: The settlement range is too small and even if you try to build close to another house, you can't, because there's a limit to how close two houses can be like ffs.

How to reproduce: Try to build a house in Aphros, Delphina and/or Vdalion. I at least can't do it in Aphros even if I am inside the guild.

Maybe there's one secret good spot within settlement range, but how are people supposed to build multiple houses and expand the settlement if this is the case?
