describe issue:
1. can't delete custom props with clicking, have to use shift+X in front of them, which makes wall-mounted things irremovable and layered furniture a pain in the ass to clear
2. can't put custom props on top of other custom props properly, because the new prop will automatically go to the bottom-left-most corner of the underlying prop no matter where you click like so:
