The announcement of a new Tal Swept across the hordes of undeath within Perdition and even the greater reaches of Meranthe. One would find this undead faction far more superior than those who shamble about aimlessly. And now the growing masses were united under the singular voice of Villaus Tal King of the Damned. Through coordinated efforts, one of the Undead amongst the Damned King's armies Rothraim approaches to speak to all those who are of undeath, and those who meddle in underground and dark corners of Meranthe did word spread of a growing cult in support of the new Tal and his rise to power and the Pantheon of Death Caius.

Did acts of atrocities take place amongst the general populace, Some in an attempt to quell the rotten plagues that had ravaged them due to the unchecked Attacks of Undead, In hopes that Caius would help to ease the burdens of the sickly Non-Magi who would be the first to suffer the ravages of a necromancer's army, However, what was certain was the Cult of Caius had begun to grow a following mostly amongst the undead masses in Perdition but slowly in the Underground of society as well.  Many sought the Void Wraiths' blessing to remove the rot from their families. In exchange for a family member's corpse, or dismemberment of their limbs to supply the Necromancer's armies with countless bodies and body parts to gain freedom of the curse, Although briefly in order to continue the supply chain. However should magi with earnest worship attempt it to be considered for Entry into Perdition it is said they would have to undergo a heinous trial. Only then could they be truly considered a part of the growing Legion.

• Rothraim has taken the position as Cultist Leader amongst the Cult of Caius, The Wraith now Serving as the spiritual center of Perdition.
  
• The Cult has begun making immense edits to the Litany of Undeath.  it is no longer suitable to meet the standards of the Current Tal, None would dare oppose the words of a Great Necromancer.
  
• Villaus Tal is to be revered in Equal standing to the former Tal, any who disavow this will be sent to dismemberment chambers.
  
• Those who wish to join the Cult of Caius must submit an offering of flesh in the form of a corpse, Should they not they will never be considered eligible to become Necromancers Apprentices or Acolytes of Caius.
  
• The Cult soon plans Rituals to give blessings and tributes to Caius, Thus the Wild Hunt will begin again soon.
