So! I don't think this is a bug but I'm posting it here:
Blood Sacrifice's heal. It doesn't seem to correspond to the flat power of the user but rather RPL/Base power. If my calcs are correct its Base power x 2.5 for the healing power its outputting instead of using flat power as all other heals usually do. Resulting in a really lack luster healpack
Also, to pick them up you have to walk over them isntead of dash or so on that might put you over the tile seems weird
Also! on the topic of blood spells, scarlet circle can be used without a target/out of range of target seems unintentional
