Right-click to see the 'interact' menu on cards and zones.

Bottom: your hand

Top 5: creature zone
Bottom 5: rune zone
Top right: deck (left-click to draw, right-click for the interact menu such as shuffle etc)
Top bottom-right: discard pile / netherworld

HP: self-explanatory
