"Having kept an ear and eye out for things of interest, the mentions of attacks upon travelers and passing merchants across the Silent Expanse has gotten my attention.
According to their tales, a band of warriors covered in red warpaint have started to attack and pillage anyone who dares step too close to their everexpanding hunting grounds.

The suspicion? A nomadic tribe from one of Atlan's few, known for  of Ualdir, has started getting bold.
Be it due to wanting more ground, more renown, more riches, or just plain bloodlust?
The situation is the same: They've become a threat to others

And when a group is considered a threat? That is when the tables turn, and you can now go after them without anyone else batting an aye.
So what do you say, boy and gals? Shouldn't it be our turn, to pillage and loot them for all their worth?"
