Character: Ariels Kasca
Which Event: A Night At The Opera
Responsiveness: 10/10 Narrations came at a perfectly reasonable pace and responded well to our inputs. Felt like everyone was appropriately responded to and included every time.
Balance: 10/10 We struggled to varying degrees on all 3 fights, nearly lost the finale, someone almost died. As a HCOD should be! Almost every round felt very close. Intense shit.
Storytelling: 10/10 I knew I was in for a good time with how they seemed very interested in the concept of the event and boy did they deliver. Pain and suffering in spades, seeds of potential conflict sewn in the party, a possibility for a part 2 and tons of callbacks to our pasts, even stuff that wasn't expected. Man did his homework on us. It was fun, very personal to almost all of our ICs (one person was a last minute substitute so this is more than fair to only hit 4/5).
Fairness: 10/10 Similar to my statements on balance. I think everyone got useful rewards and well suited to what they actually needed in terms of their own dev/progression that justified the risks. (Again, except for our substitute, but that can't be helped.)
Overall: 10/10 Would genuinely be thrilled with them running all my events in the future.
