There is a purpose that Phoebe has mostly kept to herself, even amongst her friends. In order to properly
fill the museum slash lighthouse slash observatory that her mother is planning, she needs artifacts from
the pantheon to fill it up with!

Thus, she researches. She studies. Leads are rare and difficult to come across, but eventually she does happen
across one. It's tied directly to Caius himself:

God of death, love, abandonment, graves and easy rest. Invoked during funerals and weddings, at last rites and in graveyards.
The one who fled early in order to chase Mortyl.

Why would a child of Gala be chasing after Caius? In order to follow the lead she had finally found - that being a special relic that was
said to be used by Caius before his eventual chase of Mortyl.
