Bonelance doesnt stun after using scarlet and the many other spells. It only stun when you skillshot dry. Meaning that not give you opportunity to combo.

How to reproduce: Be bone magi use your lance after skill. See as your opponent moves still without getting stunned. (tried against mobs and various other characters has no warcry or cleanse)

I think this one is a consequence of the stun immunity that you get after being stunned
Which isn't a bad thing it's just working ad intended if that's the case, it's more of a case of other skills being able to ignore it (looking at you, beams)

 Should be but it does it after other spells aswell wich is not stuns. Scarlet is root instead of stun though.

Scarlet Circle is a stun my dude; it doesn't let you use spells when it's cast
Which other spells do you notice doing this? You could be onto something, but we'll need some better examples
