Key/Character: Niemh.
Which Event: Ualdir's Relic: Chapter One
Responsiveness: No complaints here. It's one of Mal's strong points after all. 10/10.
Balance: Some of the fights were fun, they were engaging. In fact, some of the best RP came as a result from the mechanics involved in each fight. But it doesn't change the fact that sometimes it felt way too punishing. I think Hina went down every single round because she didn't have an answer to some of the spells used, which was a shame. 8/10.
Storytelling: The festival plotline was sweet. It felt personal. Mal outdid himself here. Like I said earlier, some of the best RP came from the fights. Every NPC/EC felt unique. The Sand Serpent, the Skydrifter and the Shadow Fox. Chef's kiss. So, 11/10.
Fairness: We got two 5-vit perms, but the rewards were more than worth it. 11/10.
Overall: Like Shanal said, it was a fun and engaging event with flavorful injuries and rewards. Overall, a good event with its share of ups and downs.
