Describe the issue:  Changing the faction armor/cloak enchantement to be something else can break the stats.

How to reproduce:

• Buy the faction armor/cloak.
  
• Enchant them with vitality.
  
• Apply the faction boost to the max.
  
• Decide to change the enchantement to power.
  
• Lose every vitality buff tied.
  

Altough it seems like this only happens when you switch the enchantements. Applying a power enchantement directly doesn't seem to remove the stats.

My cloak and armor having their vitality stats removed. They had the exalted vitality glyph, before I switch to exalted power glyph. All vit was removed.
