Describe the issue: Pop up windows open beyond the top of the screen, making it impossible to move. As in like a good part of the top is cut off because it's being eaten by the display. You can't see anything you start to type. Very strange, help!
How to reproduce: Open a pop up window: Edit books, edit paper, temporary injury box, book shelves, flee/pursue.

There are words but they are blocked out for the screenshots purposes. I haven't changed anything about my resolution or anything on my end. Yesterday this started, it's strange. The top is the very edge of my monitor in this screenshot.
