Describe the issue: Speed buffs do not fall off if you are following a person when they expire. Additional speed is transferred if someone then follows the bugged player.
How to reproduce: Cast any speed-increasing spell, follow a person while it is active, and unfollow them after. After confirming that the speed is remaining, have another player follow you to infect them with the lingering speed. These effects persist until you relog, for all affected parties.
