One thing we do need to figure out is a system for offline messaging though. We have admin PMs that open a ticket now, which is good, but only for those online, so it's a bit annoying to track players down.
couldn't you theoretically just use the same code that allows people to send messages via letter in-game to people who're offline to send admin PMs to people who're offline and have it appear once they log on and communicate app denials that way?
