That could be a solution when it comes to discussing things; plus you can put people together in a group without actually having to make a server. Either way it is just a suggestion / how I feel about things.
They wanna avoid forcing people to have presence on discord, also that's why they can now open tickets with players through admin PMs to discuss/ask questions about their apps in the game itself. It sounds like you haven't seen that feature be incorporated so I thought I'd let you know since it does what you want.
