Describe the issue: Death's Door and Wildcard can activate while invuln

How to reproduce:
Own Death's Door or Wildcard
Get low hp
Use an invuln
Get hit by a move that would have killed you in one tick were it not for the invuln
Watch your DD/Wildcard proc
Cry yourself to sleep

Describe the issue: Occult energy shield still reflects damage while invulnerable

How to reproduce:
Use Occult energy shield
Use an invuln (shadow walk is the biggest offender)
Get hit by a move
Realize you have deflecting palm, but you can move, and don't need a mastery token
