I'm not really sure what boosters bring to the table in terms of the economy, since they're a one-time item. An established player never needs more, which means they're throughly either:
-a breeze for nepobabies
-an utter slog for new characters.
This leads to hostile game design, generally, where to have any hope of playing with the big boys, you have to slog through a terrible grind, or join a faction and beg for help.
I am generally for either reducing the cost of boosters, or removing them altogether in favor of more points on spawn (or maybe extra skill points when you hit 200, 210, etc).
