The Complaint:
 
So basically, Retainers can't use custom sprites, if you put one on them it turns back into what the sprite originally was. Example, Stylish Magic Hat turned into a pink hat, equipped to a retainer becomes the stylish magic hat, not the pink hat sprite that replaced it.
