Describe the issue: True Counter is still hitting every mofo in the vicinity.
It keeps hitting Mal for like 10k.
i.e: If you have a full party, and are you in a dungeon and you TC and people are around you there is a good chance someone is going to get KO'd (and it's normally Mal).
please fix.
