A royal herald appears briefly in the palace courtyard for a small audience, announcing a brief decree from the Queen.
    
The wizened man croaks out the message as follows,
    

"By order of the Queen, the following individuals have been granted exile from the city of Osrona.

    

Sylas, formerly known as Sylas Pelleaux, is hereby barred from all lands east of the river.

     

.. And the kitsune Aimi, is hereby barred from re-entering the walls of the city. Both sentences are indefinite, and at the discretion of the Crown.

        

Thereafter, leaflets find their way to the crowd and into the city, detailing this news to all.
