Describe the issue: Custom Props cannot be placed down on certain tiles. I do not know whether they are failing to be placed, or if they are being placed somewhere out of sight that even an admin cannot find them, but my livingroom remains unfurnished and my sprite wasted. This wounds me.
How to reproduce: Come to my house of horrors and try to place the coffeetable custom sprite seen in the provided image. It vanishes immediately. Yet, again, you can successfully place it on other tiles. (Keep in mind, I did a workaround by making a new custom prop with an extra long width to place it down on a 'working' tile.)

Describe the issue: Clone is not dealing damage.

How to reproduce:
1) Watch somebody summon a clone.
2) Watch that clone sit on top of their opponent attacking, not dealing damage.
3) Smirk.

I recall someone else reported this already but it still hasn't seemed to be dealt with. Even standing directly next to an opponent, clones are just whiffing at air instead to actually dealing damage at the moment.

Describe the issue: Garuda Q is removing blind effects rather than just slows (this might be a tooltip thing)

How to reproduce:
Have someone blind you while you are using Garuda

Describe the issue: the slow on ignite's individual aoes stacks, meaning the skill can be used once and leave your opponent slowed for the rest of the fight and then some if it lands right

How to reproduce: run around like a chicken with its head cut off while someone blasts you with ignite

Describe the issue: Removed Tilled-Soil reappears after a server restart.
How to reproduce: We will soon reach critical mass of everything being tilled soil. Place down some soil. Remove it, if you want. Wait for a server restart. The soil returns.

Describe the issue: Custom props become permanent - You cannot delete or interact with them in any way. I can delete normal non-custom props just fine however.

How to reproduce: I dunno? Place down a custom prop. Go to bed. Wake up in the morning to props that you can't get rid of. Maybe a server restart causes it?

It all came back the next reboot after an admin manually deleted them for me...

Describe the issue:
Blood siphon doesn't return health on NPCs all of a sudden.

How to reproduce:
Worked fine previously, but i just noticed Blood siphon doesn't return any hp when used on an npc anymore. Made sure i was missing hp.
Also made sure to relog etc.

Describe the issue: Getting hexed doesn't show up in your injuries list and will sap your vitality as a hidden effect instead of you being able to track it at all.

How to reproduced: Get hexed

Describe the issue: Ursidae Mountain Guardian Block DR passive overwrites Conjurer block passive, meaning you gain less then Conjurer, it also doesn't stack with it.
So instead of having 38% blocking DR, or even 33%, you only end up with 30%.


How to reproduce: Be a Ursidae and use it with Conjurer and block some blows.

Describe the issue: Ursidae Mountain Guardian slow immune block thing doesn't work at all anymore. (Though the eternal slow immune got fixed)
