Ozmandius Tal was a prodigious Necromancer - a man so proficient he became the most notable Lich in the history of Meranthe. So powerful, that he was among the very few who managed to make several phylacteries to contain his soul, that even with one destroyed, countless others would take their place. And while they served the purpose, they were eventually destroyed, ending the Lich forever more.

 

But nothing so potent stays gone for long.

 

While the location of the Last Grave - the place Ozmandius and his final phylactery was destroyed - is shrouded in mystery, there are whispers of the locations of the others. Places where the energies of death are so condensed that only a potent artifact of necromancy could produce it. It is here that Samir and his allies venture, an abandoned necropolis, ruins tucked away in the outskirts of Meranthe.

 

A place where he sought the remnants of a phylactery, to better understand it and to craft his own.

 

But nothing is ever so easy.
