A Familiar looking ship began to appear on the waters of Meranthe; masts which once donned the black flags of Nasou, now donning a different set of sails entirely. These ones, having a large insignia of a lightning bolt. Earning the vessel the nickname; The Ocean's Storm.
Words spreads, of the crew upon the ship. Very different from what most on the seas, with would-be-pirates and evil-doers running amuck of the seas. Yet, this crew was only spoken of in the nicest of words. Often stories tell of their efforts to help those in need. With a motivation to protect life, in any and every aspect possible.
Something entirely embodied by it's captain.

Crew's Structure!
Captain
The Captain of the vessel, the man in charge of the ship. This person is solely responsible for The Ocean's Storm's performance, and management over all other vessel leaders at the time. Furthermore, all key decisions made for the collective are made by the Captain.
Cap's Hands
These are those directly beneath the Captain himself. The most trusted out of all the crew, and are given a boat by the Captain to command as they see fit. Giving them the opportunity to run their own crew in the process. This boat will be under their full governance as will their crew be. The Captain still relies upon these individuals in times of need, though.
Swashbuckler
Swashbuckler's are individuals who have gained significant renown amongst the seas for their efforts. Reaching a rank such as this is by no means an easy feat, and as such those who attain it are taken with the utmost respect. Usually incredibly seasoned in combat, for the Captain.
Quarter Master
A Quarter master is someone who is responsible for making sure the ship is both in tip-top shape and ready to sail at a moments notice, along with tasked with maintaining the high levels of stocks on board. Often seen as the kings of the skivvies, they are often still tasked with a lot of the hard work amongst the ship.
Boatswain
The Boatswain's are the lowest of the low when it comes to the crew. Usually new recruits that have to be 'broken in' to life on a ship. Due to this inexperience they are tasked with the least desirable jobs as a regular occurrence due to their 'need for experience'. They are the true skivvies of the crew.
When it came to people wishing to lend their aid to the cause, or help their efforts. Or, any who wished to have a conversation with a representative; it was always best to directly contact Delsar (Megasnail#1020)
