Across the islands of Port Fortune, Sapphire Bay, and Nilhirra, a new notice has been placed upon the board with an announcement by the kingdom's Captain-Of-Arms Stede Vane.
To further gather the people's attention, city criers have been hired to spread the message further by word of mouth, to better get everyone up to speed.

"With the Kingdom of Fortune now spread across numerous islands, it is time for a more proper navy force to be established.
I hereby announce the foundation of a navy for the kingdom, named Driftwood Battalion to honor the original name Fritz Fortuna had planned for Nilhirra.
The navy will be further separated to three divisions, each overseeing their own island:
Cobalt, led by Captain Deslar, to oversee the Sapphire Bay
Gold, led by Captain Misperis, to oversee Nilhirra

If you live in any of the kingdom of Fortune's islands, or are a part of a division captain's crew? Please step up to the roll call to have your name be registered as a citizen in the new list.
