The High Commander's Call!

Following the conclusion of Stede Vane's funeral, along with the ordeal including Jennifer Sun's publicly denounced actions; words finally come from the successor of the great veteran Captain of Arms. Delsar, now dubbed the High Commander; with the rank of Captain of Arms retired with it's founder.

Priorities are being made clear, and opportunities offered out to those with enough spine to seize it.
Quote:
"It has been many months, since the death of Stede Vane. Having just held the funeral for the now deceased, it has brought light upon the fact that The Kingdom requires more able bodies."
"More Competent people, to help not only Delsar; but the Kingdom as a whole."
"Our ranks have gaping holes, and similar to many a ship. Holes means flooding. Flooding means sinking."

"Delsar will not let this Kingdom sink."

θ Currently the Kingdom had undergone much turmoil and restructure, leading to Fabbondel becoming the Sovereign and in turn Delsar replacing Stede Vane and Misperis taking on the role of Chamberlain after Fabbondel vacated it. What this meant for the greater landscape was this.

θ There were positions up for grabs, of real influence amongst the Kingdom.
The Cobalt Captain and Gold Captain are currently Vacant. Delsar implores those of the Kingdom to prove their worth to the Kingdom of Fortune, and someday they will attain such a thing.

θ Next came the predicament of the bounties that Fortune had out, something which the fae quickly addressed. Declaring them passed; and invalid. Requesting that they were removed from the board entirely, yet whether this came to fruition was to be seen. There was no room for sentiment when it came to these bounties staying up, in Stede's wishes.

θ Things seemed to become busier within the ports, more boats appearing carrying supplies aplenty. It would seem that the Sovereign and his fellow council members were working on many things, to propel the Kingdom to the forefront of Meranthe.
