"Due to recent events of stars disappearing meteor showers have been more frequent on Eternia. Now, when a meteorite falls and smashes against the ground normally it breaks up into many small chunks. However, due to the way water works and the ocean as a whole, this material is actually a lot more frequent to find fully intact in the water. 

This location is also infested with many oceanic creatures. Leviathan's are frequent in the area as well as other monsterous creatures. Thus what you will need to do exactly is bring a well abled party with you and dive down, defeat sea creatures of many shapes and sizes and bring back at least one of the material."
