HarborThe Death of One
#1
"Once upon a time, My death.

On the day of my Death, I smiled at the Sun;
For I would not see it rise tomorrow.
On the day of my Death,  I sparred with my student,
For I needed the refreshment.
On the day of my Death, I hugged my kids,
for I would travel to far away.

On the day of my Death, I took a deep breath,
For that day, my Life would truly begin."

"But Why did I die?
For what did I die?

Arnet Dawnseeker was Bitter;
Hateful,
She wanted to fix many of her mistakes
Because then things would be fine."

"There would no longer be
A terrible gaze over her shoulders.
She could rest easy,
Saying that she put her fears to test.
Arnet would feel better
That her crimes were finally paid for.
Familiar blood on her hands would be punishment enough
For the monster she allowed in the world."

"Such a Selfish reason to fight.
But it was the truth
And nothing but that."

"So for her Crimes
None but Her should Die.
Arnet Dawnseeker.
For falling for your Fears.
For allowing a monster to exist,
so you would not be Alone.
I condemn you."

"To Death."

"So she fought.
Because dying easily,
was not something she would do."

"On the day of my Death,
I screamed about my Goals.
On the day of my Death,
I raised my weapon one more time.
On the day of my Death, I moved,
as my brothers and sisters fought with me.
On the day of my Death, I won,
For I earned what was mine."

"But on the day of my Death, I fell,
For my soul was taken from me."

"On the day of my death,
everything was Over.
On the day of my Death, I couldn't see you,
but I heard you cried for me.
On the day of my Death, I couldn't hear,
but I felt the hold around me.
On the day of my Death
There was no gaze over my shoulders."

"On the day of my Death,
I painfully paid for my Crimes.
On the day of my Death,
A kind offer was made to me.
On the day of my Death,
I made an Oath."

.

"On the day of my Death,
I left a piece of me behind.
On the day of my Death, I lived,
Even though no one could see.
On the day of my Death,
I found a reason to fight for more
Than Myself."
