Within the Western half of Meranthe, there's always a usual sense of peace and quiet, yet they find themselves faced with an escalating problem. 

Beasts, fel, and criminals have grown increasingly bold.

With each passing moment, reports of their people falling victim to attacks and harm emerge, made worst by the fact that they were extremely close to their own homes.

Discussions ensue among the key figures of The West- Akroma P. Kasca representing The Frontier, Rued Silvanas representing Serenity, and Asher Kasca for Londo.

All parties reach a unanimous agreement , having the same problems as one another.

Boldness have been growing among many within the western lands, a trend that cannot go unanswered.

 

The West is not a place for those with malicious intent.

Although it hadn't been long since their establishment and full opening to the world, a couple of years had already passed. West had become somewhat safer. Incidents of theft had begun to decrease, and order had been established.

Of course, some risks persisted, for better or for worse. But progress was definitely there. During the ongoing activities, certain objectives had also been set. Armies and assistants had been mobilized. Towards one goal.

Patrols around Mt. Panovis have increased substantially with the addition of drone squadrons from the frontier coupled with soldiers of Londo and Serenity dune. Their primary point of interest, Gluttony's Maw.

With these preparations, West was surrounded by drones providing explanations about the rules, while crows continued to fly around dropping papers. It was now a fact that there were laws within the West domain, which they expected everyone to comply with.

The laws seemed quite clear and simple. There seemed to be no need for further explanation, nor was there a need to delve into too much detail. However, Rued Silvanas had even left a note beneath the papers.
