Arcadia's relationships will be fairly dynamic, depending on a number of factors. A single representative of any settlement can hurt, or help these relations. Not just formal agreements matter.

Details will not be elaborated upon, beyond perhaps a screenshot for flavor. Posts with details may be found in the State of Meranthe thread.
