On the way however he found several non-magi accosted by a chaos being. Holy instinct pressed the issue and he, who had his solid convictions, would not back down. Even when he should have. The battle was harsh. But in the end Kurosawa did manage to save them, but at the cost of his life.
'If that was the Counter Curse Fox, then he did his best but he was just not strong enough.'
'I appreciate what he did, but is he insane? More powerful magi have died at the hands of such entities. What chances did a young magi like him have?'
Because Lexi Equisol lives in Londo, and the people he saved were from there, the rumor spreads faster in Londo:
Kurosawa Takanawa, the Counter Curse Fox, is dead.
