Anyone wanting to Learn about Mestra is ushered to make way to Londo and Find Asterin P.  Kasca. The priestess is talking works of holding Faith classes for those willing. There is also talks of a Sermon in Londo coming soon for those who want to listen! If anyone Needs or has any alchemy or Artificing projects or just needs something let Asterin Kasca know. She is willing to take any and all projects in reason. With that if anyone has any questions or concerns they are requested to find Asterin p. Kasca or Fantasy P. Kasca.

Under Londos new reign Changes are being made. Going house to house and shop  to shop Asterin Kasca is telling the owners they have a certain amount of time to pay their rent, fill up their stores, and talk with her or they will need to clean shop. All Non citizens of Londo that own a house or apartment should make their way to speak to Asterin as well.
