The Tree of Aquantio has recently been rumoured to have a newly established connection to the Spirit Realm, the Duchess having have used it to call upon a long-departed friend... but after said friend's house has been reduced to ash and the Duchess was reportedly seen bawling her singular eye out over it (discreetly), she has decided to make a more bold decision: use it to call out to a spirit for support so Meranthe can better brave the trials ahead. 

   

   

A message appends itself thusly to the Quill Chronicle & Tavern's door.

               

"To Meranthe,
  
It is my belief that with this little tree amid the darkness, I can outstretch my hand and ask for the aid of the spirits.
It is only right that I ask you to join me -- to join my chorus and sing out, too, for a friend to help us brave the inevitable storm of malice.
My two friends, too, have words to say:
  
'Come on, come on! I'm sure if we work together, lots and lots of good is bound to happen!'
  

'DEMON BAD! DEFEAT DEMON! AFTER ONE HUNDRED YEARS IN DEMON CONFINEMENT, I DECIDE DEMONS EVIL!'
