Event : Rainbows in the dark.

Character : Lynette Anwar

[ I am unsure of what all you were involved with so I will speak specifically on the part I know you were a part of! ]

Balance : As an event EC this is the first one that I have experienced that has not relied on doing things that feel unfair to the player. There was no skill spamming that resulted in instant downs for opponents, but the EC themselves still was threatening and applied pressure pretty evenly across the fields.

Getting knocked into a literal other map left me laughing and giggling as I attempted to scurry back to the Arena as fast as possible to get back into the action. There were multiple times where I saw my allies get incredibly low and we had to work together to ensure no one fell with defensive cooldowns!

It likely could've been a bit more aggressive, but I would say that the result of the group's success had much more to do with people actively all equipping recover on side bar and utilizing support spell gems to assist each other! I would argue that this was one of the most cooperative group efforts I've seen vs an EC.

Event: Rainbows in the dark.

Character: Vir'Ria

Balance: Definitely the most and least frightening EC I've had the pleasure of experiencing. The fear instilled by being shadow cuttered into an absorption aoe was exhilarating, and it was incredibly fun to work with everyone to bring it down! Playing keep away when someone got low, only to be smacked into another narrative(map) was genuinely hilarious, and the cooperation of the party made me so incredibly happy, as it felt far more digestible than I expected. It was definitely shocking that we managed to avoid most downs... but as I mentioned in Valterak's DM post, I think you could have made it a little more punishing on us. This isn't a bad thing, of course! I just like getting my butt kicked. I had a great time regardless, and thank you very much for acting as our major threat for the event!
