The Menagerie's return to Nature

Within the blasted crags of Mount Glufdor, there has been recent reports of Elzaran sightings all present across the jagged cliffs and hills.
Green Encampments, and a still small but steadily rising presence of Delphinian forces seems to alert certain groups of bandits, brigands and criminals to stay clear.
Caravans which pass from Dal'thala to the Camp and back become more frequent, as now usually unused roads gain new traction.
The effort, heralded by the Armiger of House Caewynn under the orders of the Lumin King, has been dubbed a 'restoration' to the green lush hills that once existed when the Menagerie once was.
Even Glufdor's statue, which once denoted the Flaming Prince's terrifying visage, has but completely disappeared- suposedly sank into the ocean by the effort of Delphinian forces when they once mobilized against the mercenary settlement of Monolith.
This presence seems to have made it a relatively hard effort for others to attempt to settle and build on the land, due to the largely territorial behavior of the Elzara!
Some say the Armiger was sent away due to his increasingly decaying relationship with the Duke-Marshal of the Realm of Nereides, but these are just rumors... right?

The Greywatch Stands
[Image: 3c3b922f828f42741f7479175fbcbde1.jpg]
Upon the Mount 'Menagerie', as all documents within the newly stated office of the Greywatch's Appointed Official have begun to refer it to, a tower made of clean molten rock and barren stone has been finished by the off-state workers of Delphina.
Appropiately named the 'Greywatch' for its grey stone composition, it serves but as a signal toward the start of the Menagerie's return onto verdant hills and sprawling life once more.
Naturally, with the finished product, much of the workforce sent here has already returned back onto the Capital, though a few remain to maintain the Watchtower.

Recent whispers and rumors have told that the Greywatch has been particularly wary of the Mountain's cavern systems, an awareness toward otherwise suspicious crowds has been drawn.
Though surely, with the lessened presence of the Elzara save for those left within the Fort and the Armiger himself, these rumors must've been nothing to worry about...
Stay tuned for the last step!
