Once known as Valdis Hiraeth, now Valdis Richter, your mother was born in the pits of Hel within the Aureate Keep of Denath - in a wing that belonged to what would have been your great, great grandmother, Melione Hiraeth.  Your mother in her youth was known for being evil, torturous, and relentless in her ambitions.  Being raised by Nethradin both gifted and cursed her with a tongue of gold, her articulate and observant nature shining in her charismatic capabilities. At barely eighteen, she was leading wars on nations and putting hundred thousand coin bounties on kings and queens.

It was during the war against Altharim that Valdis reached a major turning point in her path of life, and was captured in battle and handed over to The Republic as a ‘gift’ for the one known as Garret Richter to have the choice to carry out his vengeance on the Hiraeth line for murdering him a century prior. Instead, Garret imprisoned her, and it was during her time in prison where she found a new path to walk. Redeemed and unchained from Melione Hiraeth, once the truths of her existence were revealed - she decided she would never be chained again.

So for ten years she worked to build herself from the ground up, and changed the way society perceived the Hiraeth name. She became a Warden of Goldlight prisons, where she helped ‘rehabilitate’ captives, and show them the various possibilities and paths in life that there are.  Her belief in ‘The Self’ drove her to become a shining example of what it means to embrace all possibilities of ambition - believing it is a representation of who you are at your very core, led by your own choices based on the paths you choose to walk in this life. Ultimately, she believes ‘The Self’ is a tool to be utilized to reach your most optimal potential through not only the freedom of the soul, but your ability to see all paths available to you, as opposed to being forced into the linear ways of societal thinking.

Most recently she has become one of the leaders of what was once Nilhirra, now known as Pyrithian. A safe haven for Drakanite and Dragon kind - where she now teaches her ideals and beliefs to others alongside Yue Talalt.  She is well liked within Goldlight, and has many, many friends. However, her nature is still quite aggressive and sharp - and a lot of her most ingrained reactions still reflect that of someone raised by Hel. How she would have treated you was supportive, but never lied to you. She was firm and gave the spankings when needed. She'd have given you pressure to find your ambitions and work toward them, always...As well as teach you to never lose your soul for any reason. To remain the god of yourself.

Aleyn Richter is an educated man, knowing a variety of things, but truly skilled in few.
Bookish in his youth, and has always shared the works and copies he'd obtained over time with you.

Through him your lineage is traced into a variety of paths.
Whether that be of Aen, an Oracle of Athelios - or even a Primordial, Vinaska.
He is a priest of Vinaska, the Goddess of Destruction.

He was there. Always making sure you were looked after.
An easygoing, straight-forward father.

Oh, and there's a good chance you'll have his long ears.

Things you should know:

-Your father is of first generation nephilim blood of Vinaska, so with effort you might be able to unlock that. Yes, your direct grandmother is a Primordial.

-You may have pointed ears from your father if you choose.

-You can be human or Drakanite.

-Melione is dead so you can't become a Melione Nephilim. Your mother would also have strongly discouraged you from exploring the family’s history with Denath - as she believes firmly in having your soul remain unchained. 

-If you are a Drakanite you will have Hiraeth wings.

-Black or white hair, golden or blue eyes.

-You will be super fucking tall.

-You will live in Pyrithian but also have a home in Goldlight.

-You would have grown up very closely with the Talalt family, as Yue Talalt and your mother are very good friends. You would probably call Yue your Aunt.

-You would also be very familiar with Thoramir Caewynn and Sarina Mellows, and call them your Aunties as well even though they aren’t blood related!

-There are two boy and two girl slots available.

-The eldest are twins, but the boy twin was born first so he’s technically the oldest. Your name is Garrett and you are named after your infamous grandfather so you have a lot of high expectations put on you.

-The other twin's name is Valoris(Girl).

-Child 3 and 4 are born a year and another year after one another. Their names are Valerian (Boy) and Artesia (Girl).

-The twins will spawn in 2191 AC. The third will spawn in 2192 AC, and the fourth in 2193 AC.

-You will be a Richter with a lot of extended family everywhere.

-Your mother can teach you occult magic if you desire.

-Your mother is a medic and can teach you that as well.

-Mains preferred! Be active or be slaughtered.

-You will have a lot of opportunities and perks when it comes to development. You were raised in a loving environment, and your mother was the more strict parent. Your parents are grossly in love. While your mother is firm, she has shown you she loves you and always will no matter the path you choose in life, as long as that path is not destructive. You would have been taught destruction is a quick way to failure, and shown instances in the past where such happened.
