It’s crab season in the southern sea of Meranthe. In Saphire Bay, many crabs appeared after a small shrine was built for the sea spirits.
With the aim of bringing more movement to the island, rumors say that a skinny Merboy (maybe named Bino? Shilo? Nilo?) is gathering people to bet on their favorite crabs and watch which one wins the race.

How to Join: Bring 1k in money. The winners will receive the total pot divided by the number of bettors on the winning crab.

It’s crab season AGAIN in the southern sea of Meranthe. 

With the new year, renewal reaches the islands of the South Sea. More crabs arrive at Cocolandia 1, or rather, Sapphire Bay. Nilo will host another crab race!


When?

Thursday, 1st, at 7 p.m. EST

Few people know this, but the crab race is a cultural event held by the crab population of Sapphire Bay to choose their new governor of Cocolandia 1.

 

 This moment was extremely important to them after losing their ruler in the fight against Inki's henchmen at the temple of Yama, in Cocolandia 2, Nereides.

This year, the winning crab was crab number 1, followed closely by crab number 6. Both were examples of resilience, but especially crab 6, which started far behind and, in the end, crossed the finish line.

Training lines for crabs are beginning to form. People are thinking about gyms and body paint for their favorites.
