THE CIRCUS IS IN TOWN!
AND THE CARNIVAL STARTS ITS FIRST SEASON!

Word of mouth gets far. Lights shine upon the tiny little camp right by Gloomlight's borders (650, 610) as the first carnival's preparations begin to take way.

They promise to all who might come a tale of an empire past and of its downfall. Come and watch, participate in the festivities, and be sure to stay for the festivities up until the main show. Some opportunities might be present, including all the offerings of the Cirque's Services as usual, a lottery, and a raffle before the main event for a golden opportunity for a group of up to 5!
