The Non magi folks of Metherane are hardworking in each mayor city projects or even smaller projects all around the land yet they deserve to be treated fairly and safely!
1. All workers, magi or otherwise, must be granted full safety attire and materials appropriate with the dangers associated with the work to be done
a) ALL workers MUST be trained on operating within the boundaries of their workplace in a safe and professional matter; including, but not limited to, etiquette and sobriety while working
2. The workplace must reflect clear and extensive thought to ensuring common workplace accidents are unlikely to occur through minor oversights on the part of the workers
3. A minimum of one (1) magi capable of healing and/or stasis magic is REQUIRED to be on site at all times
a) If there is NOT a healing magi available, a suitable doctor and/or healing magi MUST be available to handle on-site medical work at a moment's notice.
b) The suitable doctor and/or healing magi to attend MUST be given proper tools and training on treatment of a majority of common injuries and a few extensive or specific injuries relevant to the possible hazards on-site
4. All workers are to be paid standard rate across all jobs
a) If the job in question is subject to any amount of time in direct or indirect connection to a hazard, biological, magical, or otherwise, the workers MUST be paid hazard pay and given appropriate medical counsel before, during, and after the job is fulfilled to ensure no long-term health complications
I) If any employee has long-term health complications as a direct result of their attendence near or with hazardous material or working conditions, the contractor is directly fiscally liable for any medical costs incurred to correct or treat the long-term health complications
5. All workers are entitled to a minimum break of 30 minutes for every 2 hours worked when working a minimum of 3 hours or more
a) A safe place MUST exist for the workers to have a break within a reasonable walking distance from the worksite
b) Workers MUST be given the option of food and drink suitable for consumption during their break, at the contractor's expense
6. Food and drink orders can be issued through Nera at a discounted rate at her discretion
7. ALL employees must be trained in first aid or minor stasis magic (if possible) to limit the chance of a permanent or life-threatening injury
