After a half year of negotiations a deal is struck. The Dreadmane Pact gather up their belongings and begin to move out of the lands of Oasis while those of Kindlehelm move in. Paperwork is finalized and a price has been paid. With the purchase secured, it is clear that construction is under way for homes as well as demolition of the large temple that once stood within it's territory. As far as everyone can tell this was a peaceful transfer of power with lack of contention or hostilities!
