All throughout the nation of Caethir and surrounding settlements, fliers and posters can be found pinned to various billboards and bounty boards. It calls to action the desire for new members for the ranks of the Azure Order. Mostly that of new blood in the name of Squires. The message is written clear as day, curious eyes able to read what was a newfound organization for Caethir's ranks. And with the current restructuring of Caethir's army, it is now easier than ever to become a member of it's ranks.

The Azure Order Wants You!

Are you looking for a new opportunity at adventure and glory? Are you bored with your life as a simple mercenary or trader, and wish to take the next step on your journey as a magi?

Then consider this! Become a member of the profound and accoladed Azure Order. We are currently looking for new members for our ranks, specifically Squires to train under our current Knight's and leadership. Benefits include that of serving our lovely Queen-Consort Calanthe E. Caewynn and King Lucion C. Fair. Free weapons and potions! Our ranks will provide you with everything you need not just to succeed in our kingdom, but in the wilds as well.

We will provide you with room and board, opportunities for promotion, and free, high quality weapons and potions. Anything that you desire to help you in your growth as a magi. The New Azure Order:

As commandeered by Knight-Commander Evelyn Lopus, sanctioned by Queen-Consort Calanthe F. Caewynn and King Lucion Fair

The new Azure Order consists of a new restructuring as followed. If you are sworn into our ranks, you will be sworn into this new structure of Order:

Joining:
To serve the Order is to serve your kingdom and of course, your King and Queen. You will be trained and judged, but fairly. You will be given everything you need to succeed not just within our ranks, but within your life as a magi as well. Only those who meet the strict standards can wear the title of an Azure Knight. Many will join, many will fail, and many more will lack the capabilities to even become a Captain. To serve the Order and your kingdom is a great honor, and you will be expected too honor this role with your life and your dignity, and will be expected to meet the bear minimum standards as set by the new Azure Order.

Recruitment starts at sixteen years old. No less. For those younger than the age range, you will not be excepted. Though there is a chance for Knights to watch your growth, nonetheless. If you believe yourself worthy of the title of Squire and soon to be Knight, look out for or send a letter to Knight-Commander Evelyn Lopus or Knight-Captain Tsuroma Yoshiru


The new structure of the Azure Order goes as follows:
- Knight Commander: Ultimate authority of the Order who reports directly to the Crown. First in command and leader of the main force.(Evelyn Lopus)

- Knight Captain: Second in command to the Order, appointed by the Commander with the approval of the Crown. Multiple Knight-Captains can exist in tandem with the Commander.(Tsuroma Yoshiru)

- Royal Guard: Elite, hand chosen protectors of the Crown. Bound solely to the King and Queen of Caethir. Their authority is solely decided by the Crown, and they may or may not have jurisdiction over the Order, based on the decisions of the crown.(Belisarius, etc.)

- Standard Knights. Sworn to the Azure Order. These will be our rank and file, and those who have taken oaths to serve the Crown and our nation. Can be promoted from a Squire through the approval of either the Knight Commander or Knight Captain. Elites amongst our ranks, will again be accoladed and noted.

- Squires: Initiates undergoing training, placed under the mentorship of a Knight, Knight Captain, or Knight Commander. The minimum age for this role shall be 16.
Those under 16 but interested in the Order shall be not be given titles until they are 16. However, they are free to train and shadow higher ranks until they are old enough, being given the non official rank of a 'cadet'.

Standard Knights. Sworn to the Azure Order. These will be our rank and file, and those who have taken oaths to serve the Crown and our nation. Can be promoted from a Squire through the approval of either the Knight Commander or Knight Captain. Elites amongst our ranks, will again be accoladed and noted
