Alas, the proximity of Kindleheim to the Fortress and the maneuvers of their Daimyo to foster amicable relationships has forced the local Representative of the Dwarves and Council Member, Lex Ferrus, to begin taking steps that the Dwarves don't immediately cause racial tensions upon sight.
Surveys and census are being compiled by him with the local dwarven population regarding their opinions on the dragonic menace presence, in addition to overseeing the assimilation of Sheng culture and other things.
