The bells of Atheleon don't call tonight.

Instead the sound of metal striking wood can be heard carried across the town square.

A new notice has been nailed to the board.

Mother Anwar will be hosting faith classes in the upcoming days. These lessons are offered as instruction and a shared understanding in the doctrines that shape our city and the hands that tend it.

Topics will include the Doctrine of Twilight, the teachings of Athelios, and the witness of Aethelwine offered in a time of change in Atheleon.

All are welcome.

You need not speak.

You need not agree.

Sit where you are comfortable.

Stay as long as you are able.

Questions are permitted. Doubt is not a failure.

 

The doors will remain open even after the lesson ends.

The bells of the Twilight Cathedral sing quietly through the streets of Atheleon.

Tonight, her doors will remain closed.

Within, water has been drawn and set aside in quiet vessels. Names have been recorded. The air is still and unburdened by incense as if the cathedral itself was told to hold her breath.

Mother Anwar and Father Apostolo will be preforming the rite of witness, welcoming new sisters and brothers into the care and keeping of the Church.

This gathering is reserved for the faithful of Aphros an Atheleon and for those who walk under the teachings of Athelios an Aethelwine.

 

The doors will open again when the rite concludes.
