Word spreads amongst those interested in Essence, Spirits and the scholarly sorts in general. Whispers of a lesson introducing the concept of Essence, spirits and a later presentation for those that attend the first.

A beginner's lesson on Essence and basics of Spirits. 

It shall cover what the energies are, who utilises it, and how one may try to manipulate it.
