An announcement comes out from the Sanctuary. Not from any of its Sorcerers or Sages. A frigid wind passes through the city. So too do the words of resident Dragon Niaelyn Bargiel:
"I've noticed something in my many decades upon Meranthe, this being a lack of pride amongst drakanites, so to speak. I do not offer a place to unite, nor faith to shelter, but knowledge fruitful to those who wish to seek it. I will be offering insight and some level of instruction to those who wish to further their draconic abilities without the aid of the Divine Four. If such interests you, come seek me out within Sanctuary. "
"Those who wish to learn the way of the Divine Four would likely fine more convenient tutelage elsewhere."
