William's personal project to create a crystal ball required only the finest of materials available. Most important among those materials is the sand that would be transmuted into the crystal core of the ball. To this end, a small party (emphasis on the party) plans to set sail to an allegedly-cursed beach. There, they hope to collect enough sand to satisfy the needs of Will's project for the foreseeable future.
Of course, work isn't the only reason they're setting sail. Cursed or not, it is still a beach in the tropics; they might as well enjoy themselves with a bit of relaxation while they're there, right?
