Small advertisements pop up on noticeboards. Most around Arcadia and Delphina, but there's a few that could be found elsewhere, too. It's written in relatively simple print.

Looking to purchase ONE [1] Whole Magical Beast core.
The type does not matter. The strength does not matter.
funds can be negotiated. Currently, I, Liam, have eighty-thousand crowns to spend.

I also have two spell gems that Cry for War if that interests you.
I will likely have more crowns and items in the near future.
